Cashback at Serbian Betting Sites: How the Refund Is Worked Out
Cashback returns part of your net losses over a set period, a day, a week, or one event. It does not turn betting profitable — it slows the rate at which a losing run costs you.
Working out what comes back
Net loss is stakes minus returns across the period, and the percentage is taken from that figure. With 10% cashback, a net loss of 2,000 dinars returns 200. A period you finish ahead returns nothing — that is what net means.
The one condition that changes the answer
Cash cashback is withdrawable the moment it lands. A refund paid as bonus money carries its own rollover, so 10% at 5x rollover is worth a good deal less than 10% in cash. The terms page is where that is stated, and both are advertised the same way.
Four more lines in the terms
- Which bets count — bets placed with bonus money are often excluded.
- Whether it pays automatically or has to be requested in the account.
- Unclaimed cashback expires — there is usually a window.
Daily, weekly, or per event
Daily cashback settles a small amount often; weekly cashback nets a whole week before paying. The distinction is not presentational: a week with one good day and four bad ones returns less on a weekly calculation than on a daily one. Event cashback is narrower still — it applies to one match or one market.
One promotion at a time
Most operators exclude bets funded by another bonus from the cashback calculation, so running a welcome bonus and a cashback week together often means the cashback returns nothing. Check whether the two can overlap before assuming both apply.
Cashback is the one offer that pays when things go badly, which is exactly why it gets mistaken for a safety net. A fraction of the loss comes back — the rest does not.
